The Summer 2011 issue of EEI’s Manufacturer’s Report newsletter includes an article on Contractors, MSDSs and OSHA, written by Isaac Powell. In the article, Isaac explores the role of general contractors on a worksite, and their responsibility under the HCS to provide MSDS access to workers and subcontractors on the site.
