3E Company Launches New Chemical Data Reporting Services
3E Company recently announced the availability of a new suite of Chemical Data Reporting (CDR) services. The new services align with the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) recently issued final CDR Rule, which was previously known as the Inventory Update Reporting (IUR) Modifications Rule. Access to reliable support will be instrumental in navigating the new rule and its many complexities, including those related to the EPA’s intent to reduce the number Confidential Business Information (CBI) claims. WebInsight 7.5 Now Available!
With the latest version of WebInsight (7.5), 3E has enhanced GHS classification functionality. In addition, users are now able to load regulatory data from Ariel for multiple substances at a time. WebInsight 7.5 also allows users to both export as well as import substance classifications from an MS Excel spreadsheet. Users can work on substance classification data offline, validate with colleagues and then upload the classifications back into WebInsight. Finally, WebInsight 7.5 takes into account the latest revision of the GHS Purple Book. For more information, please contact your account executive today.

The October issue of prestigious industry journal Professional Safety features an article titled "HazCom Compliance: A Critical Component of a Comprehensive SH&E Compliance Program.” In the article, author Kami Blake reviews how the HazCom Standard has evolved over the years, culminating with OSHA’s effort to align the HCS with GHS.
