3E Company Helps Companies Navigate Phaseout of ORM-D Exception
3E Company reported on the status of its specialized transportation services to help companies navigate the challenges surrounding the transport of hazardous materials (hazmat). The transportation regulatory landscape is shifting with the elimination of the Other Regulated Materials-Domestic (ORM-D) exception for consumer commodity hazardous materials shipments scheduled for January 1, 2014.
